Most clients seek me out for real advice based on measurements, cap construction, scalp health, and long-term wearability.
Sometimes that means I must recommend something different from what you initially envisioned. This is never meant to offend — it is simply my responsibility to guide you toward what will work.

- Accepting that certain caps simply do NOT suit your head shape or size
- Understanding that ready-made wigs have industry limitations
- Adjusting expectations when younger clients choose based on looks rather than practicality
My advice is never based on preference — only on experience.
If you follow my guidance, you will not end up with an incorrect fit.
I can provide expertise, but I cannot override a decision made against my recommendations.
Fit Comes Before Style — Always
A topper or wig must fit correctly — more than colour, curls, length, or trend.
- Style is adjustable: it can be trimmed, thinned, toned, restyled
Fit is not adjustable unless the cap is custom-made.
Clients who listen to my recommendations avoid the issues that can appear months later.
What I Kindly Ask From Clients
- Please arrive on time and with clean, washed hair
- Be open to professional guidance
- Understand that not all head sizes have endless options
- Trust my instructions — especially regarding what is and is not possible
- Bring realistic expectations
A wig will never fit the same on someone with full or even partial bio hair as it will on someone with advanced loss or complete hair loss — this is normal and expected.
Scalp Sensitivity & When I May Pause an Appointment
I may decline or pause a fitting if:
- your scalp is irritated
- you experience pain when clips are applied
- your scalp is oily, inflamed, or overly tender
Your scalp health always comes BEFORE any sale.
In these cases, I may recommend consulting a dermatologist.
This is nothing to be embarrassed about — it is very common — but a healthy scalp is essential for safe, comfortable topper wear.

Parents & Young Clients
Younger clients often choose based on looks, not practicality.
I can advise. I can guide. But I cannot choose for them.
Parents must help direct young clients toward realistic, comfortable, long-term solutions — especially when investing in high-quality pieces.
Hygiene, Returns & Industry Standards
For health and industry-standard reasons once a wig or topper leaves the Salon, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
